Can’t give more than one star unfortunately. Went in to look and see if they had new filters (Air & Cabin) for my truck. They had nothing on the floor. Went to the counter so I could confirm with a sales rep and no one came to the desk. Said hello and everything - nada. Very disappointed. Yeah I could have looked online and knew, but I was passing by and wanted to check in person. I used to shop at the O’Reilies all the time but I won’t be back.

Keyvin and Eddie helped me out today when I came in looking for Cataclean. Very kind employees. Greeted me immediately when I walked in. I was also returned a part that I bought back in November and I was able to get my money back. Great store, highly recommend

There was a manager named Keyvin that really went above and beyond with customer service. He was so positive and ordered my part. The part arrived the exact day he told me it would. He made sure nothing was broken on it and took my payment when the part was received. Good experience. Lots of laughs. Thank you!

Went for the diagnostic test. Told me my alternator was bad. I have extended warranty. Went to repair shop where they advised me nothing was wrong on their test. I went to check my battery life for context.

I really wanna give a shout out to the store manager Season Ford! I stopped at one of the other O’Reilly stores and didn’t get a lot of help but when I went to the Urbandale store and Season greeted me. This lady went way above and beyond what I would expect anyone to do not alone a manager. I was having trouble with my trailer lights on my FJ and literally this lady got underneath my vehicle cut the wires splice new wires, hooked it up and got me on the road. She was friendly she was courteous she was kind she was awesome! I am still blown away what this manager would do to help a customer is dire need ! I am a lifelong customer of the store and of Season as long as she is there. Again thank you!

So helpful! Had a headlight out, went in for a bulb, they came out and changed the headlight for us in like 2 minutes, saved us so much time!!!!
