“I am very happy with my visit to Value Vet. I did not have an appointment, so I showed up right as they opened at 7am as a walk-in. The front desk staff was very helpful getting my cat checked in. I didn't have to wait for someone to take us back to an exam room. The nurse checked out my cat immediately and was very gentle and kind, while still being assertive enough to evaluate a scared cat.
When the vet came in she listened intently without interrupting or making me feel like I didn't know what was going on with my pet. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about me and my cat. When making a treatment plan, the vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She was upfront about prices, and even offered more cost-effective options for the expensive items my cat needed.
Of course, every vet visit is costly. I ended up spending $450, but for the quality and quantity of the items; it seemed fair. Most of the total amount came from the wellness check and the tests done to my cat, but they were upfront about the prices before starting anything.
It has been 4 days since our visit and my cat's condition is improving quickly. I am very happy with the care we both recieved at Value Vet, and I will be taking him back for a follow up visit soon. Thank you! ?”
