“EVERY employee we walked past greeted us and/or asked if we needed any assistance. We were helped immediately and shown different types of doors and he told us what the price for each door would be. We selected the 2 doors and he helped us load them onto the cart. I highly recommend going to Home Depot for any of your home improvement needs. We got quotes from other local home improvement stores and Home depot by far was the friendliest and most helpful business. Don Kester-millwork specialist is truly an amazing employee!”

Visited the Waterloo location today and had a very positive overall experience. The store is clean, neatly organized, and has a great atmosphere. Right when I walked in, the customer support team welcomed me and was eager to help.
They have a wide inventory across all departments. My only slight takeaway was regarding Apple products—where we used to get better discounts, Apple’s current pricing and promotional strategy has made some of their items less viable to purchase nowadays. This is purely a reflection on Apple's corporate strategy rather than Best Buy itself, as the local store and staff did a wonderful job. I still had a great shopping visit and appreciate the helpful staff!”

“My Maytage Neptune dryer stopped working. A trip to YouTube showed me what I needed. Drove to Dey Distributing, told them what I needed and they hooked me right up. I even asked for a less expensive part (the dryer IS 25 years old) and they obliged.
Turns out what I installed was the correct part but the dryer still didn't work. Went back, they told me I likely needed the solenoids. Again, they started with genuine Maytag parts and we ended up at GE generic for 25% less. Went home, installed the solenoids, and the dryer is working fine.
Great people, common things that break are in stock, why wait until next week for the part when I can drive across town and get what I want? Plus - I could look at the parts before purchasing - something one can't do online.”
