“I have been with Cricket for at least 4 yrs. Just as good as any other carrier. Much cheaper than some. Sometimes, their store staff could be bit more on top of issues, but I really have not had a problem.”
“Went here with my boyfriend one day when we were bored. Extremely fun arcade. Fun games. The virtual reality zombie game was the highlight of the trip. They also have laser tag and bowling. Definitely fun place for kids and/or adults. 10/10 would come here again!”

Visited the Waterloo location today and had a very positive overall experience. The store is clean, neatly organized, and has a great atmosphere. Right when I walked in, the customer support team welcomed me and was eager to help.
They have a wide inventory across all departments. My only slight takeaway was regarding Apple products—where we used to get better discounts, Apple’s current pricing and promotional strategy has made some of their items less viable to purchase nowadays. This is purely a reflection on Apple's corporate strategy rather than Best Buy itself, as the local store and staff did a wonderful job. I still had a great shopping visit and appreciate the helpful staff!”
