Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Day it shipped I requested that it be held at a local pickup location. I don't blame them for it taking a third day as there was inclement weather. HOWEVER, I requested the package hold FOUR DAYS AGO, and somehow they didn't do it, even though they called and said they were delivering it there.

Leaving my packages downstairs in the common room where anyone can pick them up and steal them. Did not bring packages up to door and knock. I was waiting all day and would have gotten them if FEDEX wasn't so lazy about delivery.
