“I always love staying at this hotel. It doesn't have to be a big 5 star, fancy hotel for me. 2 floors is better than 5 because it stays quieter that way. The family that runs this hotel is SO incredibly nice! Anything I ask for, they provide. They are very kind and accomodating. It is veey clean and they have a great breakfast. Will definitely be back in the future to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

“Its a Days Inn, you know what to expect essentially regarding room looks and amenities... what makes this place different than all the others is the Staff. With Shelly doing my check in, she was super friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Anita on the overnight was always quick to make me a new key if I left mine in the room and she cooked a hell of a breakfast that was obviously done with care. Then I cant think of a more pleasant face and overall energy to greet you in the morning than Chelsea. Because of this staff I booked another evening. They should be the standard in customer service for the Days Inn corporation.”

“We recently stayed at the Marriott in Waterloo with a large room block, so our group pretty much took over the hotel for the weekend! Since we were gone most of the day, we spent most of our time at the hotel in the evenings and late at night, which meant we got to know Jasmine pretty well.

Jasmine was truly exceptional. She was always accommodating, flexible, friendly, and willing to help with whatever our group needed. Even with a hotel full of people and all the requests that come along with a large group, she never made anything feel like an inconvenience. Her customer service skills are outstanding, but more than that, she genuinely made us feel welcome.

I said during our stay that if I owned a company, I would want someone like Jasmine to be the face of my brand. After watching her in action throughout our stay, I absolutely meant it. She represented Marriott incredibly well and was a huge part of what made our experience so positive.

“Weekend getaway with the grands. Right across the highway from the parks, close to dining, the suite was clean and comfortable and the shower was clean with great water pressure. Very pleased.”

“Hotel is in an old John Deere Factory converted into a hotel and restaurant. Loved the architecture and location. The pool was closed so we didn't get to use which was disappointing. The bigger issue is that it wasn't noted in the Marriott app or when we checked in. Starbecks restaurant was great and we ate there a couple of times during our stay. Towels were hard to come by and often times there was only one staff member on site at the front desk so it was challenging to get them sent to the room. Laundry room only had 2 washers and 2 dryers but it did the trick and we didn't have any issues getting our laundry done. One of the elevators may have been down when we visited because it seemed like it took forever to get to our room. Initially, when we checked in, we waited three times for the elevator because we kept missing it as it was so slow. We didn't try the cafe ran by Marriott but they do serve breakfast on site. We enjoyed visiting Sidecar coffee nearby, a short walk or drive. We pulled out the extra table and used it both as a luggage rack and separately as a desk to get some work done too. Some construction was going on near by but we loved that and can't wait to see what is being built.”

“Rooms need some work but they were clean. It seems they are doing some remodeling so hopefully next time we stay, I will change my rating to 5 star for the rooms. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was not bad.”

“Excellent 2-star hotel. The suites are spacious with pull out couches in the living room. There are rooms available with jacuzzi tubs. All of the staff was friendly. Hot coffee available all the time. Pricing was very reasonable. There are parks and restaurants within walking distance.”

“The staff were very awesome. I enjoyed their service, as well as their attention to their dedication for their detailed service. The rooms were clean, and so were the bathrooms. the staff were cool to speak to as well to spend time with there were very interesting customers, but for giving the location of the exact GPS coordination's location (Latitude: 42.532671 | Longitude: -92.337682), it was given for that part of exact location. I would like to say good things about the staff and canniness of the facility and the services for the facility and care for which the staff provided. I enjoyed my stay while I was there I will be staying their again from August 19 - the August 24 of 2026th.

“Ok its a motel 6 so its not a 5 star hotel, so if you want a 5 star hotel dont go there. If you want a clean, nice place and a great price this is your stop! This place is not your typical motel 6 ..1st off its a hotel, not a motel. My room was big, well lit, soft comfy bed. Medium size tv with lots of channels and a mini fridge. (No microwave, no coffee maker) i had my dog with me -$20 deposit, refunded at checkout for good (quick) room inspection.
The staff here was great! I had alot of bags plus my dog's crate. The man at the desk got a rolling cart, helped me load my bags & crate and wheeled it to my room for me -and as i reached to grab a couple bucks to tip him for his help he was gone -my point here is that he was genuinely helpful, not expecting any money.

As far as motel 6's go this is a 5 star location.”
