“I was greeted right away, didn't have to wait for help. A mobile team member, Lucas, offered his help and his knowledge as to what I wanted to do. My problem had some glitches that had to be figured out. I was there afternoon to closing. Lucas kept moving forward as to helping me, I appreciate how hard he worked on my problems and listened to my concerns. He is an asset to customer service. I will be back because of the great job Lucas did.”
