We had become used to using a mobile groomer, but failing to find one locally we started looking around. Upon receiving a recommendation from a dog owner at the dog park, I called Shear Bliss Pet Salon on Ainsborough in Waterloo. I was able to secure an appointment for the following week. And we couldn't be happier with the results! They obviously have had experience with the breed because our Charlie had never looked better! The staff were all friendly and professional, and the price was significantly lower than the mobile groomers we had used. We will definitely be back.

541 Ansborough Avenue, WaterlooWe were referred to Purr-Sonal Care Cat Clinic when our Dobby became very ill. We were driving 1.5 hours each way for his visits. They were wonderful and truly tried to save him even though we were all stumped on what was wrong. Things didn't end the way we wanted, but all the staff there were very caring and compassionate. Several days after we brought Dobby's cremated remains home, we received a sympathy card from them in the mail, everyone personally signed. I will treasure that card forever. I fully intended to reach out and thank them, but i never did, so i will now. Thank you everyone that helped us with Dobby. You are much more appreciated than you know. Thank you for treating Dobby like family and sharing our tears when he crossed over. And thank you for the card, it means more than you all know. ❤️
