101 Iowa Ave W Ste 300, MarshalltownMy Blu had to have a TPLO with Dr. Jacobson. I am SO impressed with him and his team. Blu was able to get in quickly for the procedure, things were explained very well, I was given clear step by step instructions on recovery and rehabilitation and best of all, Blu was comfortable and healed remarkably well. I had a lot of anxiety about the procedure (as anesthesia always carries a risk) and at the time I was subsequently dealing with my horse recovering from being impaled and my 6 year old dog who just died from lymphoma. I never felt belittled by staff, despite my emotional side coming out. In fact, they even sent me photos while Blu stayed overnight for recovery. The whole staff are kind, professional and empathetic and I am so grateful to them all. Thank you!!!!
