It's very š disappointing when you can't trust a sales representative. This trend of adding add-ons to hike up the amount of money is customer is spending is unscrupulous. It is illegal and dishonest to add promotions like next up anytime, extra cloud storage and protection insurance to persons bills that were not discussed before hand. Especially, if you dont want to purchase att ridiculously overpriced phone cases they add these on to your bill. To that Hispanic rep at this store ( you know who you are): Money gained hastily will dwindle swiftly.

We feel like we were blindsided about an AARP membership we could elect to purchase in order to avoid paying the activation fees plus an additional discount of $20 a month. My boyfriend and I know we absolutely wouldnāt utilize the AARP membership and while itās only $12, we were not told of any of this until after we signed everything, new service set up with AT&T, and disconnected our old service while at the storeā¦so we felt like we couldnāt even back out if we wanted. Itās just kind of the principle of the situation.

I wish I could give no stars Iām so upset dealing with AT&T I got a lifetime warranty on my screen protector, now it blows my mind know stores in the area out of 5 has the protectors, but even the company that sends them donāt have any in stock I have to pay more for a upgrade on it because they are out on top of the the man āhelpingā I use that term loosely had a attitude because Iām upset they first charged me $8 then it went to $10 now itās $15 I already paid $40 for the screen protector! These companies and staff act so insulted when costumers are upset about the agreements they donāt keep!

I replaced two phones there, the person I worked with was great for the first phone that was traded up to iPhone 15 pro. She Took good care of us. The next phone needed to be sent in due to my work MDM software, FortiToken, all my smart home apps that refused to transfer passwords. When the phone was sent it in, I got the email from corporate that my phone was only worth 23.40 Samsung SMS901U that was two years old. No chance of review, and it could not be sent back. They could not show me pictures of the damage. Final option. The screen did have a scratch, but I had insurance on it the whole time. The warning is do not trust AT&T return shipping service to work with you.
Document Everything: For future dealings, document the condition of any device you're trading in with date-stamped photos. This includes capturing any pre-existing damage and the device's overall operational state. This can serve as evidence in disputes or at least provide a basis for your expectations.
Great!! AT&T just added a damaged phone fee 309.00 to my current bill. Same term, same buyout. I think it a 309.00 dollar service fee I guess automatically deducted from my account.

The representative met us right away as we walked in to the AT&T store. He was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Hid expertise was evident and he showed great respect toward us. I am old and he was very very helpful in explaining things to me. He took his time with us and did not rush or pressure us. I am extremely pleased. I love both the service and the new phone he helped me to pick out ! Thank you!

My fiance bought me a ring there. I didn't like anything in there not my cup of tea she liked it. But I won't go in there to buy her anything for Valentine's Day that's for sure

I was told to go there for help for an overcharge on my bill. They would not even try or talk to the company. When I left they did not say a word. Not even sorry we could not help or good bye or anything, it was pathetic.

very good customer service !! Went in there to get a new iPhone and chad was very helpful and cared enough to sit there for a couple hours !! Stacey was also very helpful had an issue getting in my account at first but she was right on it!!!
