“I was driving through Iowa on my way back to Chicago and heard the sound no one wants to hear with 350+ miles left. The truck in front of me kicked up a rock, landed on my windshield and caused a decent size crack in my front windshield. I didn't want to risk it so I started Googling Glass Repair Shops nearby. I happened to come across Novus Glass of Des Moines and considering their 5 star reviews (for obvious reasons) I decided to give them a call. Let me tell you, they more than lived up to those 5 star reviews.From the initial phone call to the actual repair, the entire process was absolutely seamless! The gentleman I spoke with initially on the phone (I believe his name was Kyle) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He located his closest tech and dispatched them before we even hung up the phone. The tech actually arrived on site 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time of arrival. Considering I was quite a distance away form their shop, the response time was absolutely impressive. The tech that arrived was just as helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what he was goin to do to repair the crack and did so in a very timely manner. The vehicles that their field tech showed up in was brand new and had quite an impressive setup. Here we are a month later and you would never even notice that the windshield was ever cracked. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Novus Glass of Des Moines! Thanks guys!”

“The job was completed, but the windshield sent for the sub-contractor to install was the wrong one. Another windshield was fortunately available, but it took 3-4 hours to complete the installation. When installing the the first, incorrect windshield, glue got on the interior fabric that caused it to discolor. Not a big deal for me. I was pleased that AutoGlass Solutions contacted my insurance company and arranged a tele-call to ensure all was OK. The agent was very helpful.
