They only staff one person even on busy weekends. She’s hustling but sheesh. Kids look forward to a purchase, but then you can’t even get it because the one staff is doing hurried piercings.

Came in about an hour till close to get my daughters, mom's, and my ears pierced. The woman there was by herself, but that didn't stop her from giving excellent customer service to us and everyone in the store. Loved our experience with her. The world needs more people like her.

The team did a great job hosting a birthday party for my daughter they got to get their nails done and makeup and shop alittle bit after thank you again they had a blast
