“Bambi and Sophie where the most amazing customer service people I have ever met, and you can tell they thoroughly enjoy their jobs, I had to come in for my mom so she could get two Cadillac pendants replaced that we did not get here, I explained this to Bambi and she said she'll see what she can do, a blonde lady came over. I do not know her name and she was rude to not only me but her employees she was disrespectful and it honestly disgusted me, because Bambi and Sophie were amazing, and truly need to be celebrated for their energy, understanding and patience, they are the reason why I will be returning here but not that blonde lady who I'm pretty sure is the manager, who should be held to a higher standard like her other employees.”

SUCH CUTE and UNIQUE items !!! Wow ! Books I had never seen. HUGE selection of jelly cats.
Darling Clothing even for boys !!!!!! Good selection of sizing .
Staff was very kind ..it was the first time shopping w a small child and he was a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing Toys IE wanting to grab etc
Their verbiage was really kind to us “please be gentle with the toys we need to sell them to someone !” Vs “stop playing w the merchandise “ or something else that could of been totally mean.
I was impressed by that I’m new at this parenting thing so made me feel good and want to buy more and be more mindful when shopping ..

“My experience at this store today for my Birthday was nothing short of amazing, I went in not sure whether I wanted a ring or a bracelet. My home has been undergoing repair so I wasn’t even sure if I was deserving of a gift for myself but went in anyway. Behind the color bar was a beautiful woman with short hair, and light skinned. I wish I asked for her name. She started the experience clearly HAPPY with this job, was kind, acted as though we knew each other. Just top tier. I told her I was debating a ring or a bracelet. I got a bracelet last year for my Birthday and gave it to my grandma this month after she lost my grandpa since we’re long distance. I told the woman I wanted to try my Moms birthstone and my expected child’s birthstone (this November) my Mom passed away a few years ago of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Pregnancy has been a little difficult without her. While trying it on the woman helping me said she loved her Mom very much- and that this was on her. I could’ve cried but I was in so much shock. “Get the ring. My Mom means a lot to me.” And had the warmest smile on her face. I’ve always loved coming into this store but this made me 100% set. I will never get another piece from another retailer…😆Please consider me a regular at this point. I needed this experience, this kindness, and am so thankful for people like those employed here. What a great birthday and what a blessing it is to have warm hearted women all in one store. THANK YOU. 🎀🤍”
