Staff was very kind ..it was the first time shopping w a small child and he was a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing Toys IE wanting to grab etc
Their verbiage was really kind to us “please be gentle with the toys we need to sell them to someone !” Vs “stop playing w the merchandise “ or something else that could of been totally mean.
I was impressed by that I’m new at this parenting thing so made me feel good and want to buy more and be more mindful when shopping ..

“I shopped at several different Jewelers for years.I started Shopping at Herman's in Clocktower Square over a year ago now.And every time I walk in there they know my name and give me total attention for future sales, browsing , or just to waste time while I'm waiting on a appointment near there to kill time.They're Professionalism, Attentiveness, is Cleary above the competition. “Heather Adcock and Melinda Stoner were such a huge help picking out my dream engagement ring! I had no idea what I was looking for, or where to even begin. They walked us through the entire process and were both very patient with me, as I know nothing about rings lol!! Definitely recommend ! “Bambi and Sophie where the most amazing customer service people I have ever met, and you can tell they thoroughly enjoy their jobs, I had to come in for my mom so she could get two Cadillac pendants replaced that we did not get here, I explained this to Bambi and she said she'll see what she can do, a blonde lady came over. I do not know her name and she was rude to not only me but her employees she was disrespectful and it honestly disgusted me, because Bambi and Sophie were amazing, and truly need to be celebrated for their energy, understanding and patience, they are the reason why I will be returning here but not that blonde lady who I'm pretty sure is the manager, who should be held to a higher standard like her other employees.”
“Me and my daughter went recently and everyone was very very helpful, we couldn’t figure out something and they jumped to help us. They were very kind and supportive! There was one worker who was outstanding. As we were looking at rings and found they had none in my daughters size she took it soon herself to go in back and found one that fit. My daughter is beyond happy and absolutely loves the ring. I wish I knew her name but I hope she sees this. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend recommend going to this store.”
