“I have been using Schrock Innovations for all computer related issues for several years after hearing Thor Schrock's radio program on WHO 1040 on Sunday afternoons. I bought a holiday special laptop in 2022, and just recently I bought a new Mini to replace my desktop computer. I have Sophos on both computers, my phone, and my iPad, based on Thor's recommendation. The staff at the Des Moines service center is helpful, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable about computers. I highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Des Moines area!”

“I recently bought an iPad from the Apple Store. Had an awesome experience with Pragulnath! He was patient and personable while helping me sort out a Boost Mobile issue when I was trying to buy a phone. He went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out and even helped me pick out an iPad. This process took at least 50 minutes and he stayed through all of it. Store is overall friendly but could help customers in a hurry.”

“I have been using this custom/mostly prebuilt PC for a month now and it works amazing! Cobratype was kind enough to explain and reccomend exactly what I needed as I knew nothing about PCs. I did have an issue figuring out how the lights worked but Cobratype quickly addressed the problem and even helped walk me through how to fix it. Highly reccomend them, picking up at their location was also nice so I didn't have to worry about shipping.”
