i asked them two times that i wanted a size to try on my son no help at all they just went to the back and came back out said nothing just went back to what they were doing. two employees came out looking for me just to tell me that they did find the shoes . after they saw my review very un professional.

LoL 7:30 - guy at register chewing on a pen said the fitting room closed at 7pm but they are open till 8th.. all do to his little 👨🏿👨🏽 little homies keeping him busy at work talking about 🏀🏀

i never write reviews but what was a very exciting trip made me leave very upset I waited in line for 20 mins and i was only second in line and when i got up i asked for my size and she said it would be a 20 mins wait to grab them and they close in 20 mins which was in a very rude tone and so i asked to put them on hold then and come back tomorrow and she said they were temporarily not doing holds even tho the person in front of me just put her shoes on hold and then she said if i came back tomorrow and they werent on hold they would be sold out so i would be out of luck tomorrow overall very rude and i left very upset

Horrible location, took 30 mins to find 2 pairs of shoes, 2 customers walked out because they were tired of waiting also. The young lady was super rude and arrogant. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Worst place to buy shoes because of the employees. It’s evident they hire anybody or friends where they mess around instead of helping customers. Waited a hour or two just to TRY on shoes, the girl who claimed to go grab it was standing up front for over 30minutes before she went and got the pair. The shoe didn’t fit and I did not want to ask them for another size cause it’ll be another hour wait. We were the only customers in there with about 3 employees and who knows what they do in the back. I used to shop at finish line all the time but never again or at least at this shop cause they dont deserve any commissions or sales.

Although the guy getting our shoes was kind, it took absolutely forever to find our shoes. This would have been fine if the lady at the front desk had any form of even moderately decent customer service. Her attitude was the most disappointing part of this. Plenty of people standing around waiting to be helped with no communication with her team and she is telling a customer how everyone called in and she had no problem cussing everybody out the day prior. 12/1/24 @2:30. Hopefully someone can teach her proper customer service and how to smile maybe act like she likes her job at least.

This store was great to go to for anything shoe related and was great on shoe reservations until about 2 weeks ago. Was told I was going to get a call when shoes came in as I reserved the shoe on the reserve day and walked in the store and they told me there were no shoes available and they wrote my name and number down for pick up when they came in. 2 weeks now and I called yesterday for them to tell me that they sold the shoes and contacted everybody when I never received a call. The manager on the phone didn’t give me an explanation at all nor said sorry for the inconvenience. So corporate was called and they are dealing with the situation. I will never be returning and they lost a valued customer of many years, horrible service.

Can’t reach them by phone or get into the store. Both phone numbers for the store via Google maps don’t work. Went there on a Sunday when it said they were supposed to be open and they were closed. No sign for hours on the door. Bad mismanagement!
