This place provide bad services for cars. They are just want to exploit their customers. Instead of fixing my car, they caused more problems so that I can pay for additional services.

Very bad service, they are legal scammers. I bought my car a year ago go from Des Moines Honda (Clive area), very strong car but they caused more damage to it instead of fixing it just so I can buy more services. Two weeks ago they told me that a radiator needs to be changed and they charged me $1332.02, they told me that the radiator was leaking. After I paid $1332.02 they told me that my car is good to go! But the truth is that my car never stopped leaking, instead it got worse. Now 2 weeks later I come to complain hoping that they will fix it instead they told me that the the oil filter housing needs to be replaced and it will cost me $555.99 plus the engine assembly and parts which will cost me $1072.19! How come they didn’t mention these new issues two weeks ago? If you need oil change in west Des Moines please look up other places with better ratings.

I went in for an oil change and while I was there I asked for the technician to look at my brakes, as they don't engage until the pedal is pushed about half way down. When I picked up my car, the woman at the desk didn't mention anything until I brought it up. The tech left a comment that said "see history"; which was a recommendation for new brakes (in 2022, which I did). I then told the woman what the problem I was wanting looked at, who then asked the technician who was sitting in the waiting area behind me. He shrugged and said I needed new brakes. The other tech chimed in and mentioned he did notice it took a while for them to engage when he pulled the car in, and that one of the brakes could be replaced. I was then recommended again to replace the brakes and flush the fluids. I might have flushed the fluids, but recommending new brakes without addressing my original concern turned me off from the whole ordeal. Tech did not seem like he cared at all, even though they weren't busy.

Worst experience.
Paid for alignment they said tie rod broke. I said go ahead and fix it. They did it.
But car still feels the same. I have wasted my time and money. Not once but twice.
What’s the point if the car feels the same after repair.

As it is evident with alot of repair shops, I went in with no problems and came out they estimated $2,000 worth of problems keeping my car for hours noises and severe damages that were never there before and wouldn't been there if Richard the manager was not there. These shops will instantly take advantage of women. He then immediately in a nervous manner asked me to sign for a credit card, although I have no credit, he goes on to say and yeah I saw the lease paper agreement in your car. Dangerous game.

This place takes advantage of people who don’t know much about cars. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. The staff was short and rude. I asked for a brake inspection and they said I needed to replace it all for $1500. If you want to charge $500 for labor maybe provide labor that’s worth my money. If you can afford this place, good for you. They will take advantage!!!

My car brakes no longer work. They were working fine before, just making a little noise. This place almost caused me to crash because they just threw my car back together and sent me on my way. Unsafe and unreliable. From the second I walked in I felt uncomfortable and taken advantage of. Give your money to a tradesmen who will actually take care of you and your car.
I find businesses like this to be very gross and damaging to our society. People need cars and this place preys on that.

I went in to have my brakes looked at. They were very short with me and acted like I was inconvenient. I shared I had to work in an hour and a half. They threw my car back together and handed me a $1500 estimate with $75 to change the brake fluid? Doesn’t include the cost of the brake fluid. My brakes now do not work at all. I am in a much worse position than before. Go literally anywhere else. They will fix your car instead of making your problems much much worse.

This place is for gullible rich people who don’t care about their money. Firestone will charge you your soul to have your wiper fluid replaced.

Paul and Arlo are always professional and provide excellent customer service. My car was diagnosed and fixed in less time than I expected - unlike my experience at the dealership I purchased my car from.
