Goodwill of Central Iowa is a popular donation and shopping destination in the area. When dropping off donations, customers are asked to follow the signs and markers to the designated donation drop-off spot. They should remain in their vehicles, maintain social distancing, and an employee will be available to assist with unloading and providing a receipt. The store offers a wide selection of clothing, shoes, jewelry, furniture, and other household items. Pricing is generally standard compared to other Goodwill locations, although some customers have noted that home goods and frames can be on the pricier side. The store has faced staffing challenges in recent years, leading to issues like long checkout lines and delayed processing of donations. Despite these challenges, the store has seen improvements, with more merchandise on the shelves and a new pricing system that makes it easier to remove stickers. The manager has also shared a policy of getting new donations onto the floor within 24 hours. While the shopping experience can be hit or miss, with some customers reporting a tight walking space, the store remains a convenient option for both donating and shopping for bargains.

Pretty good location to drop off unneeded items. Very convenient and fast drive through drop off. However, in terms of the shopping experience, it's pretty average. Selection is alright, and the walking space feels a bit too tight. Overall a pretty alright Goodwill.
