I presented the guy running the store, my promise ring, and instead of charging me an outrageous amount, he didn’t even charge me! Superb customer service! Darling Clothing even for boys !!!!!! Good selection of sizing .
Staff was very kind ..it was the first time shopping w a small child and he was a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing Toys IE wanting to grab etc
Their verbiage was really kind to us “please be gentle with the toys we need to sell them to someone !” Vs “stop playing w the merchandise “ or something else that could of been totally mean.
I was impressed by that I’m new at this parenting thing so made me feel good and want to buy more and be more mindful when shopping ..

“I shopped at several different Jewelers for years.I started Shopping at Herman's in Clocktower Square over a year ago now.And every time I walk in there they know my name and give me total attention for future sales, browsing , or just to waste time while I'm waiting on a appointment near there to kill time.They're Professionalism, Attentiveness, is Cleary above the competition. “Me and my daughter went recently and everyone was very very helpful, we couldn’t figure out something and they jumped to help us. They were very kind and supportive! There was one worker who was outstanding. As we were looking at rings and found they had none in my daughters size she took it soon herself to go in back and found one that fit. My daughter is beyond happy and absolutely loves the ring. I wish I knew her name but I hope she sees this. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend recommend going to this store.”
