I went to 4 different shoe places looking for mens 14 shoes as a gift. The employee at Journeys, Ella, was so incredibly sweet and helpful! I told her what style I was looking for and she pulled me 4 different options in the size. I fell on love with one immediately! she also told be about their awesome policy if it doesnt fit . Great experience thanks ella!!

I haven’t shopped in Journeys in a few years but I went in last minute looking for a pair of shoes. Heather was great and helped me find everything I was looking for! She had great suggestions and picked out great styles for me to try. I will definitely come back, the whole staff working was a treat but Heather went above and beyond.

Very nice and helpful staff! I love the aesthetic of the store and how easy it is to browse. I would recommend solely for how friendly to associate was to my boyfriend and I as we browsed. Thanks for making us smile!

I went to Journeys on January 30th to look around for shoes with my younger sister. I felt like I was walking into an employee cult. The employees were making fun of a kid for carrying around a stuffed animal, and one of them approached me & my sister 3 times without a mask on. I usually don’t leave reviews like this but I was disgusted of how the employees were acting.

Had upsetting costumer service today. Came in to exchage a pair of faulty shoes. The gentleman that worked this morning told me that I trashed them and it's all my fault. Called hot line and they told me I still can get my shoes exchage with in 30 days. Came back, told the gentleman what's up, and he chage them right away. I just dont understand why he couldnt do it right away.
