“Justin was a lot of help mailing my wedding invitations. I was unaware of different stamp charges and had spent way more than I needed buying stamps (the wrong ones) ahead of time and he was very kind and helped me stamp the invites with the correct kind.”
“I really like the Johnston post office. That staff consistently makes an effort to be pleasant and keep the lines moving. It is certainly a busy place with passport service, but I dont have to schedule an extra half hour to mail a package like some locations.”
“I come here all the time and have great service. I have been using usps for 20 years and never had issues even if I had I wouldn’t come on here and say negative things about employees. The entitlement in these review section is crazy to me.
It took more time out of your day to leave a review about a business not answering a phone than it would be to just go in. And complaining about having to wait in a line is ridiculous. Is waiting for service hard? I will continue to support my local usps”

“I went there around 10 in the morning to mail a package. There was no one at the counter. There was a sign that said to ring the bell for service. I rang the bell and someone came out right away. Service was pleasant and efficient.”

“This location is not a full service post office, however you can drop off packages that are ready to ship, or pick up certified mail. My husband sells a lot of stuff on eBay and so his shipping labels are printed at home. This location is only a few blocks from our home so it is very convenient because we are here nearly every day! Furthermore, so Maine woman that we see working. Here is an absolute pleasure. She is so sweet and so nice and always smiling.”
“Every time I have visited this USPS location, I have only been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The letters and packages I’ve mailed from this location have always reached the destination by the time given on the receipt. I haven't run into many long lines either. I’m usually in and out in less than 10-15 minutes except, of course the holidays. I appreciate the thankless jobs the postal workers do especially with the cuts and longer hours. The USPS company may not be around much longer with all the technology but I hope it doesn't happen. There's nothing better than receiving a card or package from someone you care about.”

“Abby K Who is the postal worker who delivers our mail to our building Is fantastic and she would say she’s just doing her job but she chooses to do a class Grace And kindness which she does not have to do she chooses to do that and getting to run into her from time to time when she’s delivering, our mail has been a joy.
