Shell is a convenient location known for good customer service and affordable prices. Customers appreciate the honesty and care provided by Shawn and his son, who handle both small and large jobs with pride. The staff at the counter are friendly, and the shop has a reputation for doing honest work. While some reviews mention that the bathroom could be cleaner and had a bad smell, overall, the business receives positive feedback for its quick service, reasonable costs, and reliable care for vehicles like windshield wipers and batteries. Many customers plan to return for future service.
Nice place. Gas pumps only allowed 8 gallons at a time.

Best customer service here, and I've traveled across the states a few times.

Only Shell in Des Moines. Could be cleaner, and staff is mediocre. Best to keep transactions electronic only, but asking staff for technical help with the Shell Fuel Rewards app may be hit or miss.
