“The fellas at Burch are fantastic! They were able to fit my car into the schedule after my A/C needed some unexpected attention. Had it diagnosed and repaired within 48hrs, which is impressive given they’re a small operation. Joe was patient and answered my questions regarding the diagnosis and needed repairs. He was upfront and honest, I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything unnecessary. I asked them to inspect the transmission fluid while they had the car. He said while it was showing some signs of age and could be changed now, realistically it had another 10K miles before it became a priority. Saved me from spending an additional $400. My car is coming here from now on!”

Recently, I ran over a nail and I brought it to ask if I was under warranty. After looking, I must have turned down the roadside, but they said they could squeeze me in, while I saw that were actively busy. They took it in and they helped me get back on the road in less than a half hour!

“I was there for tires and I am very pleased with the service the tire team provided. Prices are usually very nice and that is why we choose Walmart. Just couple weeks ago, I had tires installed at the 73rd store and comparing services, it was apples to oranges. The 73rd location had me waiting 4 hours and when they finally finished, it was a very sloppy job. My car ( Honda Civic) has the covers of the rim hold with the lug nuts. These guys left the valve stem covered. How am I going to put air if I need to.”

“This was one of the best services I have ever received in a body shop. I showed up half an hour early because my prior appointment was a lot shorter than I expected and I was filling willing to just wait until the appointment time but they ended up getting me out before my appointment time even came around. The gentleman behind the counter(I believe his name was Pete and he may have been the owner) was so kind and understanding about me being apprehensive after an awful last couple visits to my former oil change shop. They were kind, knowledgeable, fast, and obvious took pride in their work. I will be coming back.”
