T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer known for its ever-changing selection. The store offers high-quality, brand name, and designer fashions, along with a wide range of home decor, organizers, and other items, all at very good and amazing value. Many customers find great selection and items on the cheap, with specific products like certain candles available for much lower prices than elsewhere. The store is typically described as very clean and very well stocked. Associates and staff are frequently noted as being nice, very helpful, and providing great customer service, which contributes to a quick checkout process. However, some management practices during busy times and the placement of store fixtures like carts have received minor criticism. While clothing prices are sometimes viewed as similar to regular department stores, the overall value across the store is appreciated.
Have shopped here since the store opened. This last couple of years the store always has empty shelves when I visit, with giant bins everywhere full of things to put out. Especially in baby/toys/skincare. Doesn't matter the day. The skincare is always a mess. Makes it very hard to not leave frustrated.

Plenty of winter clothing brand names at low prices. Went in looking for a new winter headband and came out with a Michael Kors Knitted headband for $14.99. No flaws.
