In June, I dropped 11 packages off. I own a company, so I frequent the UPS store. I happen to be in the area so I decided to make the return there. The young woman who was helping me was not willing to put the plastic envelope on my boxes for my already pre-paid labels. I’ll keep in mind, they don’t give you them in advance, so she basically threw them at me and got upset when I was struggling to get them on. Only half of my packages may it to their destination. Where is the other half? No one knows. The greatest part is that I did not take my receipts. I will NEVER go back and I encourage someone to investigate where things are going!

I shipped a package for next day air guaranteed by 1:00pm on a Saturday, it didn't arrive until Monday at 11:01am. I called the UPS Store to get a refund and they took my number and never called back. I could have paid for ground and it would have gotten there at the same time.

This is the worst UPS store ever. The girl behind counter was less than thrilled to work. She was on phone with customer and didn't want to help them and hung up on them. Then it is my turn, my amazon return wasn't taped and I had to pay $2.00 for tape, RIDICULOUS!!! Don't use this store!!

This location is always making up reasons to charge me for boxes or tape. The last time I did an Amazon return here, they charged me to tape the box shut. Today, they wouldn’t accept my return unless I purchased a box large enough to fit all the items inside one box and asserted they cannot print multiple labels.

Absolutely ridiculous charged me a dollar to put a 6-in piece of tape on a package. Mind you Amazon is paying for this but of course they can't have good customer service and close up the side of a bag with 6 in of tape. If you read this review go to a different UPS store do not even step foot into this store because they do not care about you as a customer whatsoever

The team here is always kind and efficient, and I've been going here for years. They also are always professional even when their customers are not, including sadly blaming them for UPS policies and items out of the local store's control.

Easy to use self-service area. Just scan, print, and drop your package. There is also friendly staff available to help if you need it.

Fast!! Walked in and processed an Amazon return within seconds. The woman who helped me was smiling too! I'm not sure why this one has an overall lower rating vs the location on Hickman but this one is way better

The gentleman who notarized a document for me was very helpful, efficient, and friendly!
