I typically dread going into the cell phone store bc whatever issue or question I have, it always seems to end up with me paying more money and not being satisfied. Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract. This was a huge discount and I'm so appreciative of him for helping me out. Make sure you ask for him next time you stop in

I came into this location today after a less than pleasant experience in Ames and I am SO glad I did!!!! Surenity is the best. She answered all of my questions but more than that she was genuinely so enjoyable to be around. Go get a new phone and ask for Surenity!!!

Hannah was fantastic to work with. My husband and I had our internet connection from another provider cut due to construction and it wasn't able to be restored for 3-6 months. Not an option for us because we both work from home. Hannah to the rescue! Not only was she extraordinarily kind and empathetic to our situation, she got us set up with a new US Cellular internet connection within an hour of contacting her. She was working on setting us up before we even made it through the door. The connection has worked great so far, and I definitely plan to return to Hannah when it's time for a new phone.
