Hannah was fantastic to work with. My husband and I had our internet connection from another provider cut due to construction and it wasn't able to be restored for 3-6 months. Not an option for us because we both work from home. Hannah to the rescue! Not only was she extraordinarily kind and empathetic to our situation, she got us set up with a new US Cellular internet connection within an hour of contacting her. She was working on setting us up before we even made it through the door. The connection has worked great so far, and I definitely plan to return to Hannah when it's time for a new phone.

Hannah was great! She got everything I needed and was very quick to make sure it was all correct and understandable. Absolutely would recommend stopping by and seeing her for any of your phone needs!

I became a new customer today and Lucas Bell made the experience tremendous! He explained everything perfect, was patient kind gave me his full attention, didnt judge me on all my silly questions he made me laugh and not nervous!

There is only 1 person working in here at any given time. Hour wait minimum for anything you need unless you are by chance the 1st person to arrive.

We went in to pay off phones and unlock numbers to change carriers. Nobody tried to give a different plan to stay, or even ask why we were leaving.Then, they neglected to “turn in the form” to unlock the numbers so we could transfer to the new carrier. Now, they say since the new billing cycle has gone into effect, we need to pay another months bill before they will unlock the phone numbers.My wife has been with US Cellular for around 15 years and not one soul there cares about anything.Ridiculous business practices. Horrible customer service. Misleading plan pricing.

Hannah E was an absolute joy to work with! From start to finish extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I've been to this US Cellular several times and haven't ever had a bad experience, but today definitely won over my future business!

I have had UScellular from the very beginning but since I bought my new phone in November I always loose calls, it tells me multiple times a day I can only make 911 calls in my location. Thinking of changing to something else.

Hannah was amazing when my previous carrier made switching as absolutely impossible. She was patient and caring and took her time to make ends meet. Not to mention she made me comfortable through the whole process. I'm so glad I made the switch to us cellular and the customer service was superb!
