Good place to shop for medicine and has a good selection. The down side is that is extremely overpriced, but otherwise it’s good.

I cannot believe how some of these employees act in this store. I came in for a passport photo, which mind you was rejected by the US Government and wasted my $16.00 after the girl trying 6-7 times to get it right to begin with and the older lady manager I assume being so rude to the poor girl (Anna) who was so afraid to ask her for help. You hear the lady talking on the floor to other employees about other employees. So unprofessional. Definitely some leadership/employee training needed at this store.

Customer service is the worst, individuals who work there believe they own the Walgreen and can be rude and grumpy.

I live close by and never understand the low ratings of this store until I came to get a pickup order and a very incompetent employee Alice was handling my order. She was rude and grumpy and insisted she cannot find the order in the system. I had to go back to parking lot to my car, call Walgreens customer service only to be told the order is ready in the store. Went back in. Got my order from another employee. Horrible experience. I’d rather drive further to go to Walmart or CVS in the future. Why are most Walgreens so terrible at customer services.

I get an email that my prescription is ready a few days ago so I go through the drive through to pick it waiting almost 10 minutes in line, which is fine, only to be told it’s not ready and to come back after 2 (when they’re back from lunch.) this was at 1:22. That’s such a waste my time. Why tell me my prescription is ready when it’s not and why make me come back when you to lunch in 8 minutes? Just fill it and be done with it. No one was waiting in store, I was the only person they were currently helping. I will be switching pharmacies. Not the first time I’ve had issues here.

Your staff are slow in the head, and just slow in general. Why the hell are you gonna call us 5+ times saying the medicine is ready when you know damn well your lazy was employees haven’t filled the prescription yet. Showed up yesterday, said it was gonna be ready in a few hours. Showed up today, only one is ready after the staff’s brain shut down and forgot how to comprehend someone telling them the name, number and birthdate 4 times. Get off the Xanax and do your job

Seems to be chronically understaffed. Everything always takes forever. Can't speak with anyone as they will just put you on hold indefinitely. Extremely frustrating dealing with this pharmacy.

Came for a COVID/Flu Test and I was told they cannot test me unless I scheduled online. This location doesn't even show online in order to schedule a test. I wasted my gas driving all the way from the country just to be told no. I called beforehand and made sure this location still does them since it wasn't showing up online. I was even placed on hold twice without them even asking before they picked up. "Corporate" apparently doesn't allow them to manually enter it yet another location said they could manually enter it and did so for me. I am assuming this pharmacist just didn't want to do it. I am also a pharmacist - so I find it really annoying when people blame corporate for their own laziness. If I did ANY of this at work I would literally be reprimanded for not answering the phones and not providing customers with services they ask for. I am so glad the other location could actually do their job correctly.

I appreciate the convenience of this store but the pharmacy staff just ignores you at the counter while they carry on personal conversations. Pharma clients are often hurting and could benefit from a welcome, how can I help. Instead, once you get their attention, they tell you to wait while they keep talking to other worker about weekend plans etc. No empathy here.
July 2022 update, just can’t rationalize shopping at Walgreens again as their individual employees are deciding if and when to allow purchase of birth control and condoms based on their personal religious views - with company approval.
Goodbye Walgreens.
May 2024 tried again in hopes of improvement. Asked where to find Melatonin, common sleep aid. Worker said “somewhere near pharmacy”. Asked at pharmacy counter and they said “mixed in by brand with vitamins”, I checked and definitely not. Went to Hy Vee instead.

This Walgreens is the worst. They constantly are running out of medication that takes several days to get in. Once they do get medications in, they close shortly after or have computer issues. The hours are the worst as well, they close 8pm and 6pm and sometimes these hours differ as well. I have been here for 4 years and with Walgreens in general my entire life, but the next time I need a refill I will be switching.

Going on 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through. The car currently being waited on hasn’t moved the whole time. I’m assuming that ONE person is running BOTH the drive through and in-store pickup. As this hasn’t been the first time. Seriously get it figured out. This is ridiculous.

I visited this Walgreens store for getting a Passport Photo, during the day.JUNIPER helped me out on this. She was very polite, professional, patient and had a very pleasant attitude. The first time, the photo did not meet all the Checks for US passport. She was patient and kind enough to capture my photo for a second time, and this time it satisfied all the checks. There were quite a few customers waiting for the passport photos, but she never lost her cool. She was focused and very patient.Great Customer service ! Great Attitude !Thanks Juniper !

Listen up customers and corporate! The staff here, whether in the store or at the pharmacy, do a wonderful job. It is not the cashier's fault that there is not enough staffing. It is not the pharmacist's fault that you have to wait a bit to have your prescription filled. They are overworked and understaffed and definitely do not get a long enough break to recharge themselves.Corporate needs to address this and take care of their employees!
