“Owners are super friendly - my 6 year old son loves going to “Sinclair”as he calls it. Elk Point locals call it A-1. Broasted food is delicious and ready in the warmer - we love the mini tacos, cheese balls, and popcorn chicken. They just got a soft serve ice cream machine which is delicious!”

“They are prompt in delivering and filling our propane tanks. Also very educational! Scott explained things and what to watch for while performing a leak check and evaluating our gas stove. I am new to having propane and I truly learned a lot and feel more comfortable using our gas appliances. Thank you”

“Great Maverik here in Elk Point, SD. NOTE: if your going to use your gas pump, your GONNA need a auth code before you use the pump. Back to review, however, the priceboard (diesel) facing SB I-29 wasn't working properly at the date of visit (Flag Day 2026 (June 14th)). Inside though, the store was very nice and clean. The door chime is like no other I've heard. It was as though it was a mixed 7-Eleven/Circle K chime I've heard. The staff were nice and very friendly. The store was also nicely organized. I like how Maverik uses little boats (hot dog boats) for their pizza's. Its big enough you can put a slice of Pizza and a Honey Stinger Energy Waffle in. I got a 30fl oz Goji Citrus Strawberry (yes they actually still sell it here), a pizza slice, and a Honey Stinger Energy Waffle (original flavor). The total after tax and rewards perks (free drink as I'm a former K&G rewards member) was 5.50. This is a great place to stop along I-29 between Sioux Falls and Sioux City. “First and foremost these gentlemen pump my gas. I LOVE IT. And didn't take your debit card now I know you are just putting out ridiculous things because they never have issues taking cards. Unless it's declined for insufficient funds or you owe a check or something like that. Or the system was down which is no fault of theirs. I got my 2 tires swapped out and new valve stems much cheaper than anywhere else and honestly the tires felt saer. Wouldnt go anywhere else.”
