By the time I got there, Jacob and Kyle had the correct product ready at the counter for me and were both super helpful. They put the coolant in my car for me, tested an engine light issue, and gave me the confidence I needed to drive it home. I've never had a bad experience at an O'Reilly's.”
“Had my battery tested here which tested ok. The gentleman thought that I may have a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. I took my truck to a shop and indeed was a parasitic draw. My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!”
“I went to pickup a battery yesterday for my truck. It was a warranted replacement battery. I just wanted to say thank you to the sale assistant manager Dustin for going above and beyond for finding the battery for me. Dustin is very professional and he will help with anything you needed. Also, I would like to say thank you to Matthew, a sale person for getting me the extra fob key for my truck. Unfortunately, it was not programable to my truck because it was locked out by the dealer. But I'm still very satisfied with Matthew for being very professional the whole time. I would highly recommended 'Battery Plus' for all your battery needs and everything else. “I Stopped in for four 6-volt agm batteries for our RV. The guy working was named Q. He helped me get exactly what I needed in a way that was most economical. He loaded the batteries in my Jeep and took the core batteries back. It was a great end to the long process of deciding what batteries to purchase and I was pleased with the outcome. “I Had a major phone screen malfunction to the point I didn't think it was salvageable. I purchased a new phone thinking that all my info was lost due to being inoperable. I did a google search of phone repair and read a few reviews and I settled on batteries plus u break we fix on army post road because the reviews talked about a lady being pleasant and very helpful. That ladies name was destiny. I knew when I walked in the door I was in the right place. I was greeted with a how can we help you and big smile. I gave her the phone and my info and she assured me they would get it done. Two days go by and I get a call from Josh that screen was there and he was needing a couple extra parts. Again he was very pleasant to deal with and explained extra cost. Received a call today that my phone was done and works like new and all info is intact took 4 days due to having to order parts. “I don’t usually think of an auto parts store as a place that inspires a great review, but my experience at O’Reilly’s absolutely did. The young gentleman working the counter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly the parts I needed and even took the time to share some helpful tips and tricks for when I install them. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I felt confident about the purchases. If all auto parts runs were like this, I might start enjoying them.”
