I’ve known Ted for over 20 years, long before I ever launched this mobile operation. He was the very first person in this industry to look at me, see the potential, treat me like a real business, and set up my first commercial account. He didn’t just sell me parts; he stood behind me.
When you’re turning wrenches and building a business from the ground up, the right guy behind the counter is your lifeline. About 5 years ago, when my service truck, the T-Rod, started knocking Christmas morning, I was in a tight bind. I needed that truck to survive. Ted didn't hesitate. He put together an in-house special, rods, lifters, head gaskets, the whole nine yards, at a massive discount just to keep me on the road.
He bent over backwards for me. He waived tool deposits when he didn't have to. He gave me discounts just because he knew I was a good customer fighting the same fight. I literally wouldn’t be where I am today without guys like Ted supporting me in the trenches.
The true masters of this industry are aging out, and when they leave, they take a lifetime of loyalty, grit, and knowledge with them.
The torch has been passed silently on to me, and to be honest... it's heartbreakingly terrifying.

“Had my battery tested here which tested ok. The gentleman thought that I may have a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. I took my truck to a shop and indeed was a parasitic draw. My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!”

“I Had a major phone screen malfunction to the point I didn't think it was salvageable. I purchased a new phone thinking that all my info was lost due to being inoperable. I did a google search of phone repair and read a few reviews and I settled on batteries plus u break we fix on army post road because the reviews talked about a lady being pleasant and very helpful. That ladies name was destiny. I knew when I walked in the door I was in the right place. I was greeted with a how can we help you and big smile. I gave her the phone and my info and she assured me they would get it done. Two days go by and I get a call from Josh that screen was there and he was needing a couple extra parts. Again he was very pleasant to deal with and explained extra cost. Received a call today that my phone was done and works like new and all info is intact took 4 days due to having to order parts. “The part that I needed was not visible in the store and the man that helped me knew exactly what part I needed and got it for me. Even more impressive is that a customer came in and plopped down a rusty exhaust manifold and that same guy knew exactly what it was. He also got th customer the part in under 3 minutes. The guy had previously gone to another store and when the employees didn't know what that manifold was, he left and came to this store. They just got a customer for life.”

“Shawn the manager and Tony are the best help I have ever had going into any auto parts store, he made me feel very comfortable, gave me options on the filter’s and did not try to up-sell me… Shawn came out and checked my oil for me and said that it wasn’t extremely low and I could last until my next oil change. Then Tony spent his time in the freezing cold changing both of my headlights which were a pain for him to change! It’s a little intimidating sometimes dealing with these kinds of things but they made me feel at ease. THANK YOU Shawn and Tony, much appreciated.”
