I bring most of the company vehicles to this location because they are very thorough and make things right. Oil changes come with multi-point inspections which are also very thorough. I have nothing but respect for Noller West and all that work they have done for me and company vehicles. I highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance.”
“Best price on gas. Most patrons are patient and courteous. Some are impatient and act as if the whole world revolves around them. A lot of people flow thru so be considerate.”

“I was having trouble with my card on the pump and the employee was quick to stop what he was doing and helped me figure it out. He walked out to the pump with me to troubleshoot and didn't say a word when I wanted to run it at the window instead. Thank you for being so kind!!”

“My name is Jake, I was born and raised in Topeka Kansas. This location in my personal opinion is the best gas station in Kansas, they have competitive gas prices which means it's almost always the cheapest in town. They have the best employees, they have exceptional customer service.”
“I drove over here from Carbondale for the 3rd time in the past month due to issues at the Carbondale location. This Casey has always been well stocked and I have been greeted by a person at the register every time. Yesterday Lindsey went above and beyond in service. She was super friendly greeting me and chatting with me. I felt welcomed. While I was outside fueling up my motorcycle and she came out with a cup with ice lid and straw for the Gatorade I had bought telling me this would help keep my drink cold. That was WOW service!! Hats off to her!!!”

“I can't believe I'm writing a review on a gas station, but the crew that was working today was so top notch I felt I had to.
These gentlemen were so friendly and prompt it stood out. But the real thing worth mentioning was just how clean the bathroom was. My expectations of a gas station bathroom are minimal, but this place was immaculate. The from the stalls and thrones to the floors and sinks. Even the mirror was spotless (I actually stopped and looked for spots).
This level of commitment to, what I assume can be, a thankless job was just very refreshing.”
“I was heading from Leavenworth, KS to Carbondale,KS to my friends wedding over half way through the drive I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. I only had a three dollars on a card that I was going to try to use to pay over the phone and the amazing worker Courtney was awesome enough to help me with some gas! I highly recommend Kourtney she is an amazing person if you have a chance to meet her she is very amazing just thank her for everything that she has done for me! I will be calling the owners to let them know they have A very amazing person working for them who has a beautiful heart! “I get aggravated every time I go get gas and pay at the pump. Most the time it does not work. Comes up with - please call s80 - on the screen. It happens at all the pumps. So you have to go inside, wait through the line to pay for your gas. Wouldn’t you think that defeats the purpose of “pay at the pump”. Even the staff says that the pumps are all jacked up. For a store at this busy corner you would think they could get these problems cleared up. I am getting to the point where I just pass by this store when I need gas.”

“My 96-yr old mother has her prescriptions delivered to Thornton Place. She called me and told me she had not received it, so I called the pharmacy and talked to Paulo. He was very concerned and helpful. He looked it up and said my mother had signed for it. Sure enough, she had received it and forgotten. Paulo was very caring and concerned during the whole process. He reduced my stress level by a ton!”

“Very disappointed today when I asked to fill my cup with just. I was told by the employee that I would be required to purchase a refill with or with out a drink. I myself like many more make a purchase of soda tea donuts candy chips milk oil hot dogs lottery asa many as 7 to 10 times a week. And maybe 4 or 5 times a year I may ask for a free cup of ice .I dont blame the employee for this as they told me this order came from the main office. Customer loyalty evidently means nothing to you. So I will spend my 75 to 100 dollars a week somewhere else . How much can freaking cup of ice cost compared to the profit you make on soda drinks .”
