“This store walks the walk of what excellent customer service should be. I needed a battery for my daughter's car who attends Baker University a few blocks from this store. Iam hours away and had no way to help her myself so I started calling around. None of the local auto shops would do any mobile service, so I called Napa to see if they would at least deliver a battery to her. A Napa employee not only delivered the battery to her dorm parking lot, but installed it for her. He even ran into a small issue trying to get the car started after the swap and took the time to run back to the store and grab a starter relay. That still didnt fix it, so he googled it and found a way to get the car running before he left. Thanks to Napa in Baldwin City, Kansas for treating my daughter like you would your own! Definitely top notch customer service you can only get from a place that actually cares about their customers! I would give them 6 stars if that was possible.”
