“I was very impressed with the Advance Auto Parts store on Main Street in Gardner. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The store is clean, well-stocked, and it was easy to find what I was looking for.
I’m definitely not a car expert, so I really appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and offer practical advice without making me feel out of place. I felt like they were there to help me and not to push me into getting a more expensive item, or items, than what I truly needed. That kind of honest, customer-first service is hard to find.
