“Fun store to shop at. Great prices and interesting items. Employees are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the aisles are so small it is difficult to get by other shoppers with a cart. I signed up for the Ollie's shoppers card and have received some great coupons. Didn't take long either.”
“This place feels like a playground to someone who just bought a fixer upper. Great prices. Huge store with a lot of bargains. Definitely check here before you start buying things for a new project or renovation.”
“The is the best Dollar Tree I have ever shopped! The cashier and the manager, DeDe, are the most helpful, kind, patient associates ever!!! Will go out of my way to go to this store even though several are closer.”
“Not perfect in being organized but customers are much to blame. Razella the store manager is always laughing and smiling, she knows so many customers and makes you feel like family. I always feel welcomed when she is there. This lady definitely needs a raise with how much she works and actually cares about her job.”
“Nick and Michelle are both awesome. They are very friendly. I'll go back to this Dollar Tree just to listen to Nick. He is awesome!
Thank you both. You made my visit to Dollar Tree a great time!
Nick and Michelle have created these end caps. It sure makes it look more high end!”

“Cash register experience is the awkward part. They make the employee scan it for you, even though it is designed as a self checkout, and then when I needed to pay with cash the machine wouldn't take it and the employee had to go to her station at the front of the store to deposit the cash.”
“Amazingly clean and well kept. Great variety! Didn’t like that you can’t take carts out of store- makes for several trips back and forth to car in dark parking lot. Not safe.”
“I was happy they had some Halloween candy promotional items out on display and also including Mountain Dew VooDoo 3. There was some pumpkin spice covered pretzels and few other new items. Herein lies the problem, regular everyday shelf items are out of stock. Frito Lay chip aisle completely blown out. Things you are searching for that are normally available are not available at all. This means you have to come back later or spend time going somewhere else.”
“I go to two different three different Dollar Generals two of them are very nice and clean and very well organized the one closest to my house is just the opposite so I don't go there very often but I do know that they have a lot of things that you wouldn't normally find in other stores and I like the things that they have I just wish the one that is closest to me was cleaner and the clerks were nicer.”
“This is one of the cleanest Dollar General I have ever been to....well stocked never cluttered or dirty....employees are nice and helpful.....located close to downtown.....yes they do have some clothing ....”
“The tall gentleman with the striking blue eyes and long curly hair remembers my granny every time she comes in. She has a huge crush on him and it makes her day every time she sees him because he dresses very well and is always so polite! He should be the president of the company!”
“This is a good corner store. I like that it's local and it has basics + other stuff too. I wish there was a buzzer or a bell to call an employee to the register. I do like the new produce section that's starting up !! Can't wait to have that more often to rely on for fresh groceries and not so much processed food.”
“I've been in here twice since I have been back home. This is a good store and the people who work there makes sure everything is stocked. Fast and friendly service. They are very helpful and makes sure to show you where whatever it is you need.”
“Have been shopping at this location since 2022 and highly recommend this Andover location above others as it's located in a friendly neighborhood and the staff is relaxed.
They are always very well stocked and I always find what I'm looking for, unlike other Dollar Tree locations I've been to.
I may also add that the retail associate known as Clara has great hospitality skills and always remembers me as a regular when I shop in the evenings.
I never feel unsafe shopping here.
I will keep coming back.”
“The ladies always greet me with a nice smile when I walk into the dollar general they r very helpful and they always keep the store stocked ND clean I would always come back ND shop there all the time”
“Great store. Great staff. Love the vibe you get the moment you walk in the door. The parking lot still needs some help, but the store is a great place to stop in at for those on the way home pick ups.”
“This sweet angel of a woman stayed open for my husband who got off of work and was rushing to beat the clock for closing time! This store is amazing, store owner is an absolute sweetheart angel. 5/5 RECOMMEND!”
“Great store. I went in there looking to buy makeup and self-care items. It was perfection, $1.25 for each product. I got home and tried out my makeup and it works scary well. I believe the service there was so polite. It was even well stocked even though it was morning and they had most of the stuff I wanted to try.”
“Some things I buy here for a better price than say Walmart or Dillon’s. And if you get a five dollar coupon on your receipt you can go back that upcoming Saturday and get $5 off your total purchase price of $25 or more. Every week the register spits out a five dollar coupon if you shop before the upcoming Saturday. So, you need a rug or two or sweatshirt or stock up on TP and detergent or whatever. If total is at least $25 you get five dollars off with said coupon. You’re welcome! : )”
“I came in the other day was greeted by this wonderful lady name Shavanna she was also so helpful on helping me find the koolaid Isle she busted right thru there and got me where I neede to be great smile and personality”
“Priced friendly but the area in the store they need to widen the isles out because the way it is not its just ridiculous you have to wait for others to come out before you go in that's how small the isles are but the check out is best-set as OK food choices are fine item choices unlimited no sure about wheelchair accessibility but their is handicap parking”
“Almost as neat as the old Woolworth’s that used to be downtown minus the drug store and the soda fountains of course. Their prices, considering today’s times and the ever increasing inflation but now they are bringing in the $3 and $5 items…does this mean they are working to get away from the now $1.25 price tag? Overall, for today not too bad but I expect if pushing away from the lower priced items then spend a little money on training members of the staff to smile, be friendly with the customers and not just with fellow employees.”
“Great if you don't want to go to a supercenter but prices can be high. Sometimes more expensive then other stores for the same product so pay attention to what your buying”
“We're very polite to me and my service animal nearly had anxiety attack when they noticed My Husky leaning against me and helping I was nervous they would kick her out but instead they help me as well and gave her treats for a job well done I'm forever grateful for that”
“This is a great Dollar General Store.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection of products, and the prices are excellent. Easy 5 out of 5 stars.
UPDATE 9-9-23
I just stopped by the Andover Dollar General to buy groceries, my order was a large full cart order around 170 dollars. Not only was the woman at the checkout quick and got me checked out in no time, but also was very friendly. This is one of the best Dollar Generals around.
UPDATE June 10, 2024
Another excellent trip to the Andover Dollar General. This time I almost spent 160 dollars another larger order, yet the woman at the checkout got my order done quick and was also very nice.”
“Having this dollar general so close to my home and the awesome people who actually care about their customers that makes shopping like hanging out with family! Katrina and her staff are always helpful and friendly with a great smile!”
“There's not a lot of customer service here, but the cashier was super friendly, and very professional. I had an item that wasn't in their pricing system, but the cashier knew exactly how to find it without checking the shelf. I worked in retail MGMT for 14 years, and I would've been delighted to have hired her when I was managing retail stores!Store #04075; visit time was 10-17-23 @ 12:19pm”

“This Dollar General is by far my favorite one out of all of them! The employees are extremely kind and helpful. The store is always stocked and clean. I would highly recommend shopping at this dollar general.”
