βTrader Joe's is my favorite grocery store in the Wichita area. I feel the prices, condition, and selection of vegetables and fruits is pretty good. I like to try their new things they have every season. They have good dairy free options, which is a must for me.β

βNever been there before. I guess I was a little disappointed. Prices were a little high but I will see how I enjoy what I bought. Watermelon is very tasty but cantaloupe not ripe and they had no bananas, I asked. Another thing that surprised me was they charge by the pound for watermelon and cantaloupe. Watermelon ended up being $11.04 and cantaloupe was $5.37.β
βGreat Store, Just Avoid Saturdays!
This place is awesome! They have great prices and a huge selection, so thereβs always something good to find. I truly love shopping here.
That being said, I wouldnβt go on a Saturdayβit gets so crowded that the aisles fill up, and itβs hard to get through. One of the employees was a bit rude and even bumped into me and my 12-year-old daughter twice. Not a huge deal, but still worth mentioning.
Overall, this is a fantastic store, just better to visit on a less busy day!β
βSmall store with lots of stuff and lots of variety! I look mostly for Korean and Vietnamese groceries, and they had plenty of both and more. There were dry goods, canned goods, frozen foods, meats, produce, fresh fish on ice and even live crab and lobster! North Atlantic lobster! This store had Asian pears, which I can't even find in the "Super" Asian market I frequent in OKC. I love this place.β
βThey have great low prices on lots of food. It's alot of food for low price. They beat walmart prices. But u have to bring your own bags, or u can buy bags for your stuff. They have small boxes u can have also for free.β

βI really love the fresh fruits and vegetables. There are a lot of selections throughout the store, and prices are very good. The store is clean, and most clerks are friendly. I shop here often and I use instacart for home delivery. Try Adis out. You will not be disappointed. : )β
βOk, if you are into spice, and also love amazing fresh salsa then you have hit the flavor jackpot!!! I found this at a festival in KS and i got a jar of nightmare salsa and a big jar of pickles which are also very spicy but oh so good on a burger or just right out of the jar. Place the order you will not regret it.β
βI have to say I truly do not like going inside any Grocery store unless I have to. And this specific Dillons I am not a fan of the inside of it snd not always the best customer service inside. But their curbside Pikcup is awesome. They pick my groceries decently well, they also always instantly correct the errors on my receipts every time snd the staff is super friendly snd respectful. Lucky for me it's also super close to my house so makes it easy to make a quick run and back for something. They do have a min of $35 now on their orders like Walmart but that's ok at least I don't sit outside for more then 2-3 min to get my groceries unlike Walmart which has taken over an hour before. What a pain! Anything that saves me time I will lay extra for sometimes because my time is valuable.β
βJust reading reviews .. I seen the post below and thought a response was needed!! I absolutely love this store.. and the management team as well!! I worked with Alex at a different location and he was an amazing manager!! He just had no tolerance for bull! And reading this post it says that u got in trouble for family emergency, deaths in the family and being ill.. well maybe if it seems to happen all the time say ever other day or so... as a bagger you are required to help customers out with groceries, retrieve carts and do light cleaning duties.. when your hired on it is in the job description you are given when hired. "Regardless of weather" it's the job you agree to do when getting hired. Again this store is amazing .. every thing u need you will find here.. very clean and very well managed! Great associates and customer service! And also a great selection in gluten free and health foods!β
βI get my gas at Dillon's because of the fuel points. I like the North Topeka store because you can leave your driver's license with the attendant and fill up your car and then pay for it afterwards instead of having to pay for it before you fill up.β

βBest oriental food market in Wichita point blank! They have the biggest variety the nicest people fresh hot food that you can get while you're in there you can buy in bulk I can find things in this store that I haven't been able to find in Wichita in like the last 5 Years 6 years longer than that and other places where I've lived I couldn't find the stuff and I walk in here and there it is. The only bad thing about this place is their parking lot even though it's huge, and there are a ton of places to Park, watch yourself in the parking lot because other people do not look and they don't care where they Park and they don't care how close they get to your vehicle.β
βThe employees are friendly & helpful. There's plenty of gas pumps with paper towels & glass cleaner. They also offer an air station. There are smokes, auto misc, pop, candy etc at the checkout window. Pumps take cards/cash at the checkout window. I enjoy the gas points discount Dillons offers.β
βI always enjoy shopping at Aldi! Friendly staff, clean restrooms, & more food choices than I can haul several hours to my home. I hope they consider building one in SW Kansas!β

βI drive 20 min to go here every 2 weeks. I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere, variety, great prices on produce, and authentic (locally made) tortillas! Produce section is fantastic! Lunch counter food is delicious. Homemade salsas are muy bueno too. Only place I can find Goya Brand chorizo refried beans.β

βWhole Foods is very good at maintaining brand standards across stores so there's usually not enough difference between them to merit writing a review. Whole Foods stores are always clean; employees are usually happy etc. The only problem with this location is that it's not big enough to serve the population here. I've never been to another Whole Foods that consistently looked like there'd been a hurricane warning the day before. This location consistently runs out of stock of almost every food item I go there to buy, from organic eggs to tortilla chips. Consquenly I buy twice as much as I need, as does everyone else, which leaves the shelves empty. Even the salad bar is not immune.
The other proximate cause of chronic shortages here is that the store is also the warehouse for online orders with employees constantly loading up carts for pickup, depleting stock, and blocking aisles. The Amazon pickup counter is also starved for space and loses packages often. Whole Foods either needs to move the delivery service to a warehouse or open a new store, ideally on Wichita's less affluent west side. As it exists currently, the employees are overworked and harried and I often see customers scowling, either at the Amazon counter or when they encounter empty shelves. However, no complaints at all about the store employees, who are always nice to me and most of whom appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs.β

βOnly stopped because my friends tire was going flat. So not only were we going to have to go get the tire patched, plugged or replaced but this place charges $1.75 for us to get air in our tire. WTH... Really?β
βPoints help out in time of need. Had a few rude employees over the 20 years of shopping with dillons and mainly fuel pump people need little more train I feel to make things go smother at the pumpsβ
βUse their unleaded in my flex fuel. Run tank down far as possible. Engine light went on 20 to 30 miles then went out runs great ! Check your manual. Your own risk,β
βThis place it tucked away, but it's a great place to get your Asian ingredients. Also, don't sleep on their hot kitchen. They have great Lao sausages and sticky rice.β
