“We stopped at this station on Sunday 19 May 2024 as a part of our Run For The Wall Itinerary. We drove through a massive storm prior to arriving that was very bad and getting worse eventually spawning several small tornadoes. Debbie the manager was an incredible host and allowed us to stay in the building as wave after wave of the storm pounded the area. There were ~250 people and for over 4 hours Debbie provided free coffee and some sundries and allowed us access tot he back of the building for protection. Customer service such as this is rare and many organizations could learn from Debbie.

“There is no electric car charger here, but petrol prices at time of writing are cheap at $3,09 USD, and while the shop is understocked and undersize for its floorspace, it has the necessities and the washroom is clean. Seems recently refurbished”
