He was polite, attentive, and went out of his way to be helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to encounter customer service that feels so sincere and consistent in such a short encounter, but Brian absolutely delivered.
In addition to the excellent service, the station itself was clean, especially the bathrooms. Brian also recommended delicious hot chocolate for my parents, which made our stop even more enjoyable.
