“We stopped at the JumpStart gas station in Coffeyville, Kansas on Sunday December 21st and Brian truly made our visit exceptional. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and a genuinely cheerful attitude that instantly made us feel welcome. He was polite, attentive, and went out of his way to be helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to encounter customer service that feels so sincere and consistent in such a short encounter, but Brian absolutely delivered. In addition to the excellent service, the station itself was clean, especially the bathrooms. Brian also recommended delicious hot chocolate for my parents, which made our stop even more enjoyable. His professionalism and positive energy truly set the standard for great customer service. Brian is a real asset to JumpStart, and we will definitely be happy to stop there again because of him.”
