“Amazing customer service, family friendly atmosphere! They go out of their way to care for their customers. You’ll get a very personal experience. Someone always answers the phone and they are quick to fill prescription orders. All the pharmacists have been extremely helpful when communicating with our pediatrician office and our primary care office when needed. We love coming here!”

“The local pharmacy in Leavenworth closed & transferred our scripts to Walgreens without our permission. I will not use Walgreens (or Walmart) so I transferred our scripts to CVS (also the preferred pharmacy of our insurance), but they kept messing up my scripts, so I started looking for a new pharmacy. Since we go to breakfast at Flashbacks quite often, I checked into Downtown Drugstore. We have been very happy since!!!! We have been there for a very short time but they know us by name already!!! Everyone is always very nice & helpful!!! We do pay more for some of our scripts, but not that much!!! Plus we get to go to breakfast a bit more often since we have to pickup our scripts!!!”
“Stellar! The staff here is just AMAZING! We have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened. There have been times where my husbands prescriptions had to go to other Wal-Mart's in our area and let's just say, we absolutely hate that. Not because we don't want to travel but because the other pharmacies staff (phone etiquette and face to face encounters) seem to be less educated and uninterested in their job duties. Everyone here is so caring, genuine, helpful, non judgemental, remember patients (illness, my husband is in cancer remission) and ALWAYS ask how we are ALL doing. There is nothing more heartwarming, than to leave an appt and encounter these folks. This is what every health care team should be like. Simply the best!”

“I usually go to the pharmacy as I have a couple of regular prescriptions. I've been through the drive-through and gone into the store. In the three years we've lived nearby they've been very professional and helpful; in fact, I've complimented them a few times for being so helpful. I've also bought things in the regular checkout line. Never had a problem or complaint in three years. We moved from 158th and Nall in Overland Park and this Walgreens is much better than the one down there.”

“The cashiers in the stores are always friendly, especially the gal that manages the back counter for FedEx pick ups for FedEx driver hasn’t been picking up lately so I had to run one over to Walgreens. She’s always super friendly and fun to talk to the pharmacist there too was very helpful. I thought he was busy on the phone and I had a quick question for some advice, He was on the phone and the attendant at the pharmacy counter said I would have to wait to speak to him so I waited for a moment and it seemed like he’d be a while so I just said I’ll just try something but the pharmacist actually came around the corner to help me when I thought it was busy so I do appreciate that.”
