“BEST POST OFFICE BY FAR!!!!! I had to run by the USPS and ran by the Bonner location. I have to say that I Bonner Springs has the BEST staff hands down! I was greeted with a smile from both gentlemen when I opened the door, no line, and fully staffed! The man (dark hair with beard) was happy to help me, greeted me with a smile and had a genuine encounter with me. I absolutely love the good old fashioned customer service! Thank you!!!”

“I went when they first opened and it was difficult to get help. This time I ordered my print job on line and tried them again by chance. I was impressed!!!Trinity called me twice after I made my online order. She did an incredible job, knowing what questions to ask and clarifying so that I got exactly what I wanted. She saw that there was confusion on how the order came out online and she went above and beyond to take the initiative to get me the right order. She communicated to me that she cared whether or not I got what I wanted and that means so very much to me.This location in the West Olathe WalMart is now like the Fed Ex in Olathe near Mur-Len and Black Bob are BOTH exceptional in their service. “On Easter Sunday around lunch time, we had a very special unexpected visit from some of the Easter Bunny’s helpers.Our son, V. , still believes in Santa and the Easter Bunny and all things magical. He had written a letter to the Easter Bunny — one of only two kids within the area served by the Monticello Post Office.Imagine the surprise when Ms. B and her husband, one of the workers at the branch, showed up with a special delivery from the Easter Bunny. The letter was going to be returned for an insufficient address and she simply couldn’t allow that to happen on her watch.We’d really like to highlight this amazing act of kindness from someone who went above and beyond in such a loving way.
