“Someone from Credit Union of America's fraud department just saved us a huge mess. I've heard about people being scammed all the time, and they're financial situation gets completely ruined. But thankfully, Credit Union put a stop to it, informed us, and prevented a potential lifetime of unnecessary debt caused by a fraudulent company.”
“My account was accidentally overdrawn because when I signed up I thought I chose the option to not allow overdraws of my account just called a representative they were super friendly and helpful and reversed the 29$ NFS fee and went ahead and fixed the overdraw option for me as well If I could 10/10 stars I would for their impeccable and quick and easy service and friendlyness”

“My loan process was super easy with Meritrust, they helped me get the car I wanted regardless of the age and my down-payment. Pay off was extremely easy as well. All payments were scheduled as EChecks from my personal bank and sent to Meritrust which was very easy and useful. The one time I've had to stop into a branch, everyone was super pleasant and prompt to help! I've had to call in a couple times and was pleased with how helpful they are over the phone as well! I do not understand why there are so many bad reviews here honeslty! I will definitely call Meritrust the next time I need an auto loan.
