“We have had a storage unit here for over three years. There have been times when we weren't able for one reason or another to get our monthly payment in on time. With just a call they made arrangements for us to pay later. All around a very good storage facility.”
“This is the only place I will rent a moving truck from anymore. The rental process is super fast and easy they make sure they check the entire vehicle and note all damages prior to leaving. Every truck I've rented from penske has been low mileage and ran and drove great. If you have a bunch of stuff to move they can offer a bigger truck than uhaul and it rides so much smoother than uhauls biggest trucks lol”
“Great service, and efficient. They did forget 1 of the two caddies I ordered but we easily made do. I was also refunded for the missed item so it didn't greatly affect me. Was able to get a truck on a short notice as well through their online service. Highly recommend going online for ease of use.”
“I don't get why there are negative reviews of this place on the uhaul site. The owner was very accommodating. I ordered the dolly Online but later realized one was not provided. I let the owner know once returning the truck to ask for my $7 back. The business owner quickly apologized and offered to pay me back $10. All in all it was a quick and painless experience. I recommend working with this uhaul business.”

“Just be aware there are fees and filling the gas tank up to deal with. I did have a problem with a mix up on my reservations but it got cleared up with no difficulty. I dealt with Preston who was very friendly. Though advertisements are $19.95 for renting a pick up - they take into consideration the mileage and other things so I paid a little over $47.00 for the truck for 2 and 1/2 hours and 30 miles of travel. All in all my experience was good, the staff was friendly, and the vehicle was awesome to drive!!”
“When I came in on 9/7 to pick up my rental, I received immediate service and they answered a few questions I had. When I returned on 9/11 to drop off my rental, the gentleman on duty was very helpful. I was surprised at how easy and quick the process was and it allowed me to make it to work on time.”
“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”
“After a miscommunication with corporate I would have had to pay over 100 dollars extra. Thanks to the (I assume manager, idk guy who took my rental) he realized it wasn't anything I could control and took care of it for me saving me a ton of money.”

“I set up the trailer rental online. Checked in down the road at Lowe's and they met me at the trailer as I pulled up! Absolutely frictionless rental, went through everything with me and I was out in under 10 minutes. Turn in the next day was even quicker. Also, they were super courteous and had a 7 pin to 4 way adapter on hand at a very reasonable price. I'll be back here for any future rentals for sure.”
