“I love Lori and the staff here. I’ve never been able to just wait 2 minutes for a prescription to be filled before. Lori is so knowledgeable about the meds and also about COVID vaccines!! Great place to go.”
“I'm usually an strict Aldi shopper but Dillons is close and so I pop in for emergencies and such. The staff is always really nice and they're usually well stocked. My 4 stars is 1) because price-wise they are much more expensive than my usual store or something like checkers, and 2) they have a weird tendency to clean floors or restock in the middle of the busy times...? Annoying. Generally speaking, they are fine.”

“I had a wonderful employee help me this morning. Normally when it says my insurance denies coverage for medication, workers just get frustrated and ask me to pay full price instead of taking an extra minute to look it over again (because that’s typically the case). This usually happens at every pharmacy I go to. But today the employee took extra time to look over insurance information again and then find a coupon as well to help me get a reasonable price for my medication. This is my only positive experience with a pharmacy since I started taking medications 10+ years ago. I wish I could get this employee every time. I’m normally exhausted from anxiety about being able to afford healthcare so it was just a blessing to have someone nice at the pharmacy for once. They deserve recognition.”

“Walgreens on 23rd Street consistently meets my expectations! Enjoy prompt service if your trip avoids the occasional long line at the drive -through . Good communication with local Dr.’s offices who will help “bing” the patient prescription back-and-forth should you need a medication changed/cleared by doctor/etc. Disclaimer—you can avoid the Lawrence High School lot if you visit between 8AM and 3PM!”

“The staff at Auburn go above and beyond. I have recently been through an experience where I have Had multiple complicated new prescriptions that changed a lot over the past year. The staff went above and beyond to help me find another pharmacy that could fill my medication immediately when I waited too long to request a refill and it was a Saturday. I showed up 10 minutes before they were closing, the staff members stayed behind after closing time calling multiple pharmacies to find me a medication that I required. They did not give up until we found one. Then they went through the process to transfer the prescription for me by this time it was well after closing. The medication I am on can make me forgetful and they have been so helpful helping me sync the prescriptions and everything now it’s all set up on auto refill. I apologize I am terrible with names and I cannot personally thank the employees but I would like them to know how much I appreciate them. Also the fact that you deliver for people who cannot drive is amazing and one of the best things about a small independent pharmacy. Please remember to support small businesses neighbors in Eudora.
