“I'm usually an strict Aldi shopper but Dillons is close and so I pop in for emergencies and such. The staff is always really nice and they're usually well stocked. My 4 stars is 1) because price-wise they are much more expensive than my usual store or something like checkers, and 2) they have a weird tendency to clean floors or restock in the middle of the busy times...? Annoying. Generally speaking, they are fine.”

“I've never used Walmart pharmacy before until today. I called around noon to have my prescription moved over from another Pharmacy. Super easy process and great customer service from the woman on the phone. Medicine was ready by 5pm same day and also received great customer service in person.”

“Ordered 48 pieces of fried chicken and 2lbs of prepared macaroni and cheese for pick up at 5pm. Deli manager was kind enough to accept my order without the required 24 hrs advance notice. They were just finishing boxing the chicken when I arrived so it was nice and fresh. Deli mgr was so helpful he helped load the purchase in my car! Thank you all for the great service ?”

“My favorite store in town. My family has been shopping here for 10 years- at Kroger stores for my whole life. Very nice staff, produce is always beautiful, and the store itself has a nice feel and flow. Pricing is good. Not as cheap as Walmart (Walmart lacks the fresh produce and atmosphere) but cheaper than Hy-Vee, Checkers, and Target. I like that it has a Starbucks, a great pharmacy, bread from the local bakery “Wheatfields”, a solid floral department, and the staff always seems very competent, quick, and well managed.”

“I had a wonderful employee help me this morning. Normally when it says my insurance denies coverage for medication, workers just get frustrated and ask me to pay full price instead of taking an extra minute to look it over again (because that’s typically the case). This usually happens at every pharmacy I go to. But today the employee took extra time to look over insurance information again and then find a coupon as well to help me get a reasonable price for my medication. This is my only positive experience with a pharmacy since I started taking medications 10+ years ago. I wish I could get this employee every time. I’m normally exhausted from anxiety about being able to afford healthcare so it was just a blessing to have someone nice at the pharmacy for once. They deserve recognition.”

“This had been my pharmacy for nearly 15 years. Then my insurance changed, and I had to switch pharmacies. I've not been happy about this change. They were like family and always acknowledged your presence, even if you weren't doing business at the pharmacy that day. They'd still tell you hello as you walked past them to get your jug of milk! ?”
“These folks work extra hard and are always pleasant. Even when they are getting slammed, they're friendly and helpful.
I love that this pharmacy is able to help people who can't afford to pay full price. I have insurance, so that doesn't affect me, but I will continue to get my prescriptions here because it does affect my community in a positive way.”

“Alwin was a delightful staff member to encounter. He was nice and professional. The star rating I give goes to him. As a single mom who needs to visit the pharmacy during nights occasionally, he has never made me feel uncomfortable the few times I've encountered him. He has always been kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The other man working was hovering over me while I was looking at prenatal vitamins. I was trying to assess cost and quantity, and he kept getting more uncomfortably close. I ended up choosing two miscellaneous bottles of prenatal vitamins because I didn't want to be around a random middle-aged man following me 3 ft away.
If I were to be buying pads or tampons, I would also feel uncomfortable, and I would know he didn't have the advice about any of it to give, and I would be equally creeped out and afraid as to why he decided to get so close to me.
I asked him about the rewards and cash back program, and I also didn't receive any information I needed to understand its purpose. I left Walgreens feeling weird and harassed by this, I'm assuming, manager.”

They are honest with what they can and can't do and will even tell you if you're medication would be cheaper elsewhere on goodrx! I typically come by in the late evening and the two technicians Cari and Landon have gotten to know me so well that they don't even have to ask who I am anymore! I genuinely feel like I am being taken care of and in good hands by those two. I will stick with this pharmacy and love everything they do for the people they help.”
