“My puppy threw up on me as we we were driving to Atchison from KC last Friday (March 6), so I pulled into your parking lot. At that time, an older man who was walking to the store slipped and fell in the cement and sustained a big laceration of his left hand. One lady and I ran to him and helped him up and walked him inside. I started yelling for a chair for him to sit and asked for any bandage, gauze or gloves to bandage his bleeding wound. Anyway, these two young gentleman were kind enough to help and bring me what they could so I can dress the wound. I offered to pay for the boxes/packages of bandages that I used but they refused. So I want to let the store manager/owner know that these two young men were gracious and helpful and they were so awesome people for doing above and beyond their duty!! Thank you for your help. So sorry for the mess that you had to clean up!!!”
“I always shop at Dillons. They have so many good 'buy one, get two free' this summer. It was on pop and Pepsi and Coke usually had the same deal. The Dillons brand is always a great value. Make sure you use your Dillons card for personalized coupons and store discounts!”

This young lady Candace was bouncing back-and-forth between both registers to get people in and out super quickly. I was in line a few minutes in and out. “Clean, well-organized, and always well-stocked - the Fort Leavenworth Commissary is one of the nicest I’ve been to. The shelves are neat, produce was fresh, and the staff was polite and helpful. Prices are great compared to off-post grocery stores, and the selection is surprisingly broad for a base commissary. I really appreciate how easy it is to get in and out quickly, and the parking lot is convenient even on busy days. A definite perk for anyone stationed on base at Fort Leavenworth or for visiting family here to see soldiers.”
