The staff is super helpful and kind. My battery terminals were very loose and while installing, the staff member explained how to replace them myself! Talk about service! He also noticed that Meineke on Santa Fe had left my intake disconnected and my filter box opened, potentially saving me from engine damage!! As a woman, it is always nice when I can walk into a parts shop and not be talked down to, and to have my questions answered without judgement. Super fast service, and though its farther than my usual shop I will be a regular from now on! 10/10”

When my husband's Yellow Top Ultima battery failed, they checked the warranty on it when I had completely forgotten that it even had one, and put it in the new one for us at no charge.
