Damage was teenager vs Mailbox that resulted in a generous dent and scratches. Since it was a teenagers car we didn’t want to spend a fortune and the shop gave us options on how to help keep the cost down-choices on what really needed to be done and things that we could save a few bucks on. Very transparent and no pressure. I got a couple of bids and theirs was in line with the other shops on the area. What really set them apart for me was service. Everyone was friendly and nice, the phone never went to a machine, and they were able to get the work done ahead of the quoted time. I’ll be back !”
“Very friendly and accommodating person I have met in many years. He quoted me a price for the work to be done on my automobile. When I brought my vehicle in to have it worked on, I asked him if he could do some touchup on some painting that I had done. When I picked up my vehicle, he didn’t even charge me for the extra work that he had done!! But I paid him a little extra anyway.”

“I went in recently to get a new battery for my car and found they had the best price around. They will install your battery for free, but that's not the selling point. The staff is super helpful and kind. My battery terminals were very loose and while installing, the staff member explained how to replace them myself! Talk about service! He also noticed that Meineke on Santa Fe had left my intake disconnected and my filter box opened, potentially saving me from engine damage!! As a woman, it is always nice when I can walk into a parts shop and not be talked down to, and to have my questions answered without judgement. Super fast service, and though its farther than my usual shop I will be a regular from now on! 10/10”

“I took my truck to McCarthy's service department to have my radio fixed after another local dealership messed it up and then claimed I needed to buy another radio for it to work again. I explained the issue to the service rep, Jordan, took down all the information and worked with the techs to get it fixed. They were able to reprogram and calibrate the system and have it working again. I will definitely bring my cars back here in the future!”
