He spent nearly 30 minutes looking everything over, explaining things thoroughly, and even cleaned up the oil residue at no charge. I called this shop, got my bike scheduled and took it in on a Friday morning. They diagnosed the issue and had it repaired later that day. I also had the bike winterized. The bike runs great now. Their work was good and the prices were reasonable. I will return next time I need work done.”
