“Very grateful for my recent experience. I had a flat tire on my way home from picking up my son. I made it to the gas station but the tire would not hold air at all. J and T’s was on my way home. By the time I got there my tire was dangerously low. And I not only had my son with me but my daughter’s wheelchair was in the back of my van. Darren went out of his way to be understanding of my situation. He put a loaner tire on my van so I could take her wheelchair home and he had my tire fixed the next day for a very reasonable price. “I made an appointment for an oil change today and was helped by Stephen. He provided excellent customer service, was very personable, and didn’t try and oversell me on upgrades. He also checked pressure in all my tires and filled them all up to proper levels. In and out in 20 minutes without leaving my car seat! Planning to go back tomorrow for a full car inspection (my appointment was only for an oil change) and looking forward to working with Stephen again.”

We were slightly disappointed with the repairs as there is now a glob where the chip was. We were anticipating a clear glass windshield.”
