“Very grateful for my recent experience. I had a flat tire on my way home from picking up my son. I made it to the gas station but the tire would not hold air at all. J and T’s was on my way home. By the time I got there my tire was dangerously low. And I not only had my son with me but my daughter’s wheelchair was in the back of my van. Darren went out of his way to be understanding of my situation. He put a loaner tire on my van so I could take her wheelchair home and he had my tire fixed the next day for a very reasonable price. “I had Certified Transmission check my daughter's car a year ago and turned out the transmission needed to be replaced. Not what I wanted to hear and it was expensive. Certified did a great job and earned my trust so when my 2004 GMC started giving me trouble stalling when accelerating, I brought it in reminding Chris at the counter that their commercial states if you bring it in early it could mean repair instead of replace. I love that truck and the motor is still doing fine (230,000miles+) but I still would have really struggled replacing the transmission. I was fortunate that I had a spare vehicle because I had to leave it there for over a week but they took care of the problem, replacing lines, a sensor and encoder motor plus regular transmission service. I'm not sure what a total replacement would have cost but judging from the cost of replacing my daughter's last year, I saved thousands. Let's me know these guys are honest and not trying to upsell something you don't need. Let's face it. Transmission work is expensive. You might as well go to someone who is honest and will do the job right!”
“I made an appointment for an oil change today and was helped by Stephen. He provided excellent customer service, was very personable, and didn’t try and oversell me on upgrades. He also checked pressure in all my tires and filled them all up to proper levels. In and out in 20 minutes without leaving my car seat! Planning to go back tomorrow for a full car inspection (my appointment was only for an oil change) and looking forward to working with Stephen again.”

“Went up to Midas to get the boy’s car’s exhaust leak fixed before he went back to college. Of course the kid tells me with just a day or so to work on the problem. Tim (one of the Managers) gets my son’s car in right away, and I feel he is really trying to help me out. Phil (exhaust expert) shows me what the problem is and gives me some sage advice on how to handle the issue, which I really appreciate. What’s even better is they didn’t try to sell me a new muffler, they helped solve my problem instead. I’ll be back for sure. I wasn’t paid for this review, nor did I receive anything of value. Go there if you want honest helpful advice from real men trying to help you out.”

They got me in on time and got everything done in the timeframe described. Tires and service was all as described with no issues. The people were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were slightly disappointed with the repairs as there is now a glob where the chip was. We were anticipating a clear glass windshield.”
