“I had to have some repair done on my 2015 Ultra Classic low a couple of weeks ago. My regular shop doesn't work on Harleys so I had to go to a dealer or find a new shop. I called this shop, got my bike scheduled and took it in on a Friday morning. They diagnosed the issue and had it repaired later that day. I also had the bike winterized. The bike runs great now. Their work was good and the prices were reasonable. I will return next time I need work done.”

They got me in on time and got everything done in the timeframe described. Tires and service was all as described with no issues. The people were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Zero stress on my part, which is a huge plus for me. I also witnessed multiple elderly people pull up in cars with different very minor issues and the staff were genuinely caring and helpful to them in the middle of the late afternoon rush. It definitely left an impression on me and I will be back.”
