“I usually take my cars to Burnett but this was the first time taking my van to the Burnett near 112th and College. They were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I dropped my van off early in the morning to have the several warning lights taken care of, an oil change and have my tires looked at. When checking out, they explained everything to me about what was done and why the warning lights. The checkout area was very clean and organized. I would defiantly take my cars back to this Burnett.”

“New Concept is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I've been to shops in 3 different states and this is still the best one. They drove me from my house to the shop and then back home free of charge 3 times and even stayed late at work to accommodate me on a Friday night. My truck was in rough shape when it got there and now it runs like new! I was treated with complete respect by everyone there the whole 1.5 weeks we were in contact. They did not take advantage of me and did everything they said they would correctly the 1st time and charged me fairly. They even set me up with a beyond excellent warranty for the truck and all the work they did to make sure my dog and I had a safe trip driving across the country. This is the 3rd shop I got estimates from and I'm glad I chose them after not letting the first 2 shops work on it. “Got a flat tire before heading to work and was able to pull into Big O Tires an hour before closing. It was unfortunately unfixable, and they put on my spare tire for me. I was shocked when they said there was no charge for their service!! After some quick online researching, I went ahead and just bought a new tire from them and had it installed- all done SUPER quickly right before closing might I add.Ariana at the front desk helped me out a lot and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured to make a purchase from them. Thank you also to the awesome technician (working on 2/16, 6pm on a white Mazda cx50!) for the quality work. This is a well run business with excellent customer service and integrity. “I took my car to a reputable shop for a tire swap and wheel balance. It was a friend's shop and I had no reason to believe I'd get a shortcut job as I insisted on paying after they offered it at no charge.Instantly noticeable was a physical steering wheel wobble at 55-70mph. I stopped back in and they said I needed an alignment. Trusting, I said ok and scheduled. This is where things get spicy...I took it back for that appointment where they were going to do an alignment to get rid of the vibration. I asked that they please also check the wheel balance and two things were said when I picked up that raised red flags. - Wheel balance is spot on, wheels are true as well, no bends.- we didn't need to do an alignment, in fact we didn't even need to take the wheels off.If you didn't take the wheels off how on Earth did they check the balance?In comes my friends at KC Trends.I kindly referenced my prior ship experience and noted that their primary objective is to try and find faults in what they did. They were fine with the challenge, here's the outcome:- those wheels were way out of balance- enjoy vibration free driving, call us if any issuesSILKY SMOOTH RIDE. NO ISSUES A+++ KCTRENDS.”

“During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn't feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn't going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. “Met my expectations. Even gave me a stronger windshield wiper replacement than the one I had before. Had me in and out of there as quick as I expected. The only slight issue was that they thought it was best to replace my tires then but ran into an issue unscrewing one of the nuggets, which they said could break the whole tire structure apart and they didn’t have a replacement part on hand. Since I’m heavily dependent on my car and do all of my own driving, we decided to wait to address that issue the next time I came in.”

“The staff was extremely helpful. I came in needing an oil change, and having an issue with a coolant leak. They were very helpful in addressing my issues and providing a solution. Unfortunately I needed a full replacement of my Water Pump & Serpentine Belt due to a failed gasket in the pump. While providing a reasonable price for the full replacement, the team suggested I contact the place that I last got the Water Pump replaced less than 2 years ago to see if there was a warranty. It turned out there was and I found out I would be able to get the pump & belt replaced for free. This showed me their honesty and that it was more important for them to provide me an affordable service than to seek out money, as I wouldn't have thought to make that call had they not suggested it (wasn't even thinking about the possibility of a warranty). I will take my vehicles back to be serviced at this location in the future.”

“Samantha Byrd was very helpful and friendly with my car emergency.Lots of road work being done on Antioch road, hit a really bad pothole that caused my rim/tire to blow up. Samantha recommended a few towing services that would tow my car to Firestone.She gave me the quote on the work to be done on my car and communicated any other issues found while performing the work done on my car. They were able to fix my car within the same day. I would highly recommend Sam!”

“I recently visited the Sam's Club location and was impressed with both the gas station and store. The gas station had a layout that was more similar to a traditional gas station, which allowed me to go to any side of my car on any pump without any issues. I appreciated this layout as it made refueling my car a hassle-free experience.Moving on to the store, it was very clean and well-maintained. The aisles were well-organized, and the products were easy to find. The selection of products was also impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed without any trouble. I particularly liked the variety of food items available, which included both fresh produce and pre-packaged snacks.One of the best parts of my shopping experience was the Scan and Go feature. It was easy to use, and I was able to check out quickly without having to wait in a long line. This made the shopping experience much more efficient and stress-free.Overall, I had a great experience at Sam's Club and would definitely recommend this location to others. The gas station and store were both impressive.”
