“I brought my car in for a diagnostic. My vehicle was intermittently losing power and leaving me stranded. I brought it into Celso's Honest auto repair and knew immediately I was in good hands. The gentlemen checked me and in and let me know they'd keep me updated. I received a call a few hours later saying they needed more time to diagnose. They kept my car overnight and called me the next afternoon with my diagnostic. They took the time yo explain the issue and the repairs needed. They made me feel like I was family. They took care of my diagnostic fee, knowing that my car was shot. It was the kindest gesture to a struggling single mom. I will ABSOLUTELY be back for any and all car repairs in the future. They have a customer for life.”

“Took my daughters PT cruiser in for tire replacement on the front two tires. Paid in advance so she could pick it up later that day. When she got it home we noticed only 4/5 lug nuts were securing tire. there were 5 at drop off and no one mentioned it when she picked up the car. she stopped by the next day after work to ask and was told the stud under the lug it crumbled when they took it off. They gave her the number of a repair shop. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect an explanation at time of pick up or even better a call asking how to proceed. I think it’s reasonable to have 5 lug nuts in place when you pick up if they were there when you drop off! EDITED: I received a call from the manager within 3 business days and they are repairing the stud. There was quite a bit of back and forth from the staff and repair shop, but it all got worked out.”

“I had a tire that had a slow leak, and I discovered a nail in the tread of the tire. It was not in the sidewall so I knew there was a good chance the tire could be fixed. Concerned about it going flat on me, I wanted to get it fixed right away. I initially tried a tire repair business across the street but the best they could do is have it fixed by the end of the day if I dropped it off and came back after it. Having no means to get around if I did so, I chose to try this Firestone store on Blackbob. They worked me in and in fact, had my tire fixed and I was out of the store within about 30 minutes of when I first went in. I really appreciated their willingness to get me fixed up and back on the road. Kudos to the men at Firestone on Blackbob in Olathe!!”

“The night before we blew a tire and had a stresful evening finding help from other tire shops. We arrived at Firestone right when they opened, they had our tire size but could only get us in til 1. Burt told us if anything cancels he will squeeze us in. We walked for breakfast across the way, and as soon as we left Burt calls to tell us our car is ready, he had a couple cancellations and put us in immediately. He also claimed that he knew the manager at the store that refused to help the night before and said he would reach out to them.
