They got it in the very day and had it repaired same day. They made sure everything was right including a follow up check up so I also had them do an oil change. “Took my 78 Trans Am to get worked on. Little did I know the owner specializes in Pontiacs. The work done to my vehicle was brakes, brake lines, and new master cylinder. He also did a few odds and ends things that helped her run even better than before. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a classic car that needs work done to give this spot a call.”
“I had taken my car several places because it periodically wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do unless the problem was happening right then. Here they said if I was willing to leave it they would keep my car until it wouldn't start so they could figure out the problem. I was thrilled they would do this. I took it in and they called me a couple hours later and had already figured out the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I now have a reliable car again!”

“Known Keith for almost 11 years, he is a good mechanic, yes he is not in customer service he's there to fix your car so do not expect him to offer you cookies or a pink chair when you go to his shop, hes not there to give you therapy, don't expect him to care about how you're doing today because he has like 30 cars that he's working on, however he is a good person and at least he is not gonna lie to you, he's an honest man.”
“First, I went to Walmart Auto Service to get new tires, and to have them mounted, and balanced. Walmart then stripped 2 of my lugnuts on one of my tires!!! They had to cancel the job AND THEN DENIED STRIPING THEM. So then, I called around to a few other tire places and no one would touch my car because of the stripped lugnuts and telling me that i would have to go to a mechanic and have them cut off. My husband said to try Chihuahua Tires. I bring my car to Chihuahua Tires Service and explained what had happened to me. They did not even hesitate and told me to bring my car to their garage. They where able to pull off the stripped lugnuts and replace them and replaced my tires with no questions asked. AND IN A TIMELY MANNER (Walmart had me waiting for almost an hour.. for nothing..). Chihuahua tires where also so polite and respectful (Walmart was not). THANK YOU CHIHUAHUA TIRES!!! You guys are the real MVP! I will be definitely coming back for future tire maintenance. I will also be sure to recommend you guys to my family and friends too. Thank you guys a million times!”
“It looked like a bad luck day. My wife got a flat while visiting the cemetery. Ran over a half pair of scissors that someone carelessly left in the road. The groundskeeper was nice enough to put on the spare and in the meantime, I called Big O Tires and spoke with Dakota. We don't have a second car, so this was the first stroke of good luck.
Even though the Big O store on Blackbob was scheduled to close at 4PM, Dakota said if I could get there before then, they would stay late and help me out. I managed to beat the clock, and Dakota met me at the door and followed me to my car.
He personally grabbed the flat from the car and tested it to find the hole. It was a slit, but fortunately short enough that he thought it could be patched. If not, it would have taken several days to get a matching tire from Springfield, but he already had that as a backup.
I was very fortunate in that Dakota was able to do his magic with a patch and the tire tested good. Jose stayed late too and mounted the tire and carefully reinstalled the spare under the RDX - it's a slick system, but a little tricky.
Beyond doing absolutely fantastic work, as this Big O location has always done for me, the friendliness and professionalism is AMAZING. Big O should be very proud of the employees at this store. Dakota and Jose turned a bad luck day into a good day. Thank you VERY much!!”
“I went there today for the first time to get my tires and wheels installed. Everyone was very friendly awesome customer service and met the owner Joe who was very knowledgeable with tires and wheels I highly recommend this place for great service reasonable price in comparison to the big name tire shops around me and friendly atmosphere. 5 Stars
