It made the process very simple that I didnt need to go somewhere to buy material or have to print out a label other than at my office”

“Scott and Peter went well beyond great customer service. READ BELOW.I sent a bag from Wichita to a friend in Canada that had two many batteries in it. DHL Wichita called me, told me, helped me avoid fines, opened my bag and told me what they would take out if it were them, waited for me to call my friend and confirm, did it, repacked the bag, and then kept my items at their desk for me to pick them up the following week. This is customer service from a small town in 1984, and they did it in 2024.Someone give me this guys a cake, brownie, hug, a day off to go fishing, and a new pickup truck.
